Achieving a sub 1 hour for a Sprint Triathlon is no easy task but it can be done. INSPO has acquired this training program to assist you in achieving that sub 1 hour target. Over this 8 week you will build the ability to sustain speed over the distance of a sprint triathlon.
Structure: An 8 week program which includes, speed training, benchmarks, distance training and trains this in all 3 disciplines.
Equipment Requirements: Swimming costume, googles and hat, a bike useable on the road and running shoes.
Weekly Training Days: 5 days a week, with 2 sets of benchmarks at the start and mid way through.
