A triathlon of any distance is not to be taken lightly. Training 3 disciplines at the same times requires commitment however you when you cross that finish line you will earn you dragging rights. This program will get you to where you need to be to conquer that sprint triathlon.
Structure: A 12 week program which includes, speed training, distance training and trains this in all 3 disciplines.
Equipment Requirements: Swimming costume, googles and hat, a bike useable on the road and running shoes.
Weekly Training Days: 4 days a week
