This Olympic Triathlon training programme will take you on a journey over 12 weeks to make sure you conquer that Olympic distance triathlon race. In order to complete the Olympic Triathlon you will need a good level of fitness and mental toughness. This programme has been built for that purpose!
Structure: Working off a benchmark system which allows you to see you progress throughout your training. Starting from the ground up with swimming, cycling and running shorter distances to build the foundation of fitness. As the programme develops, it becomes more intense and the distances increase to acquire your top level of fitness.
Equipment Requirements: Swimming googles. Swim shorts/costume. Bike (road). Running shoes
Weekly Training Days: Monday - Wednesday, Thursday Rest, Friday - Saturday, Sunday Rest
Difficulty: Hard.
