Are you training for a Hyrox event? This is the pre-season 8 week training program designed by 2 Hyrox coaches and tackles all aspects of Hyrox. There areas are, strength training, CV training, impact training and explosive training.
Structure: This training program is designed to get you race ready!!
Equipment Requirements: Access to gym equipment such as, barbell, medicine balls, battle ropes, kettlebells.
Weekly Training Days: 4 days a week with 1 deload week with 3 workouts
