Our plyometric training program will increase your explosive power, leg drive, and speed. Train smarter and improve your burst speed. This will help you improve power and speed in the lower body.
Structure: Week 1 - 4; 3 sessions weekly with progression workouts. Week 5-8 the same as the weeks before however mobility practices are introduced.
Equipment Requirements: Trainers
Weekly Training Days: 3 days a week then 4 days a week after 4 weeks.
