Conquer the challenge with Ultra Marathon 100KM. Push yourself to the limit with long distance runs and speed training. With only 3 rest days a week, you'll be ready to take on the 100km trail in just 28 weeks. Dare to go the distance.
Structure: 28 week program which includes long runs and speed runs. Rest periods of week 8, 15, and 24. Tapering week before the race.
Equipment Requirements: Running trainers, and preferable a GPS device for long runs.
Weekly Training Days: 4 days a week.
