Structure: This program could be for you. Building upon the foundation, this training program starts on 45 minute sessions, building throughout, to undertaking 2 hour rides.
Equipment Requirements: Access to a stationary bike (gym bikes), or a functional bike.
Weekly Training Days: 4 days a week and an optional 5th.
