Difficulty Level: Hard
Over the course of 10 weeks, you'll engage in a well-structured training regimen that combines speed session, resistance sessions, interval sessions, and rest days to optimize your performance. Our approach focuses on gradual progression as usual, preventing overtraining, and reducing the risk of injury, ensuring that you stay motivated and dedicated throughout the program.
Structure: This program could be for you. Building upon the foundation, this training program starts on 60 minute sessions, building throughout using intervals, resistance training, distance and time, leading up to 3- 4 hour rides.
Equipment Requirements: Access to a stationary bike (gym bikes), or a functional bike.
Weekly Training Days: 4 days a week and an optional 5th.
